Each Robinhood stock token trades in a DEX pool on Robinhood Chain. This table puts that price next to Robinhood's own reference price for the token and shows the gap. Below it: the latest SEC filings of the company behind each token.

Premium = DEX price ÷ reference price − 1. While Robinhood quotes a token tightly (bid and ask within 2%), the reference is the middle of that quote. When the US market is closed the quote widens, so the reference becomes the stock's last close (Finnhub) × the token's multiplier, marked "last close". Only tokens at the contract address Robinhood lists are shown; DEX prices come from the deepest pool per token. Not financial advice.

Filings come from SEC EDGAR for the ticker's registrant: current reports (8-K, with the reported items), quarterly and annual reports, ownership filings. Insider forms (3, 4, 5, 144) are counted instead of listed. A stock token is not the stock: read Robinhood's terms for what the token gives you.
